Hi, my name is Samantha, and I am the founder of Home & Harmony, a cleaning company. As a mother & wife I understand how busy life can be and how hard it is to keep a home feeling fresh and peaceful. That's why I created Home & Harmony, to help others enjoy a clean, stress-free space. I have previous cleaning experience within residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in a variety of environments.
Harmony Refresh package is designed for clients who want to maintain a consistently clean and balanced home. Harmony Refresh is our standard cleaning package and is ideal for weekly & fortnightly cleans. This package ensures your home stays fresh and inviting.

Harmony Deluxe is our deep cleaning package that goes beyond the basics, refreshing your home from top to bottom. Harmony Deluxe is similar to an end of lease or spring clean. Whether you're preparing for a special occasion or simply just want a reset, Harmony Deluxe will bring back the harmony your home deserves.

At Home & Harmony, our housekeeping service is all about making life smoother and more serene - your way. Whether it's refreshing your pantry, tidying cupboards, changing linen, folding laundry or hanging out washing, Home & Harmony caters to your individual needs with grace and care. You choose what matters most, and we'll take care of it. Our housekeeping service is charged at an hourly rate and is available as a regular or one time add on to our "Harmony Refresh Package or Harmony Deluxe Package". This hourly service gives you the flexibility to choose what you need done when you need it.
Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings can be made via phone or email. Clients must provide accurate information regarding the property and the required services.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so could result in full fees.
Pricing & Payments
Our rates are based on the type and scope of the cleaning services requested. Full payment is due before commencing the scheduled service. We accept payment via bank transfer or online payment via invoice.
Access to Property
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, alarm codes, and instructions for any security systems. Clients are responsible for securing pets in a safe space during the cleaning service.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for preparing the property for cleaning. This includes tidying up and removing any clutter so that our cleaners can focus on cleaning tasks.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours to request a re-clean. Complaints must be reported promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Liability & Insurance
Home & Harmony is insured to cover any accidental damage or breakage that may occur during the cleaning service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or items that are not properly secured.

At Home & Harmony, we are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and harmonious environment for our clients. We use a carefully selected range of cleaning products that include both eco-friendly and conventional solutions to ensure optimal results across various surfaces and situations.
Before & After's
Home & Harmony may take before and after photos to document our work and ensure quality. Photos are taken respectfully, without personal or identifying items. Images will never be shared publicly without your consent. Please let us know in advance if you prefer no photos to be taken.
